Our Alliance members are among the top HVAC Professionals the country has to offer. We are a dedicated group who have made a commitment to provide the highest level of service and support.
Regional Alliance member communication
We pride ourselves on our ability to maintain daily contact with our Alliance members coast to coast. Technical solutions are openly discussed with our members and our unique arrangement allows the individual alliance members specialties whether it is boiler repair, energy management, or refrigeration systems to be utilized.
By establishing quarterly and annual general meetings, quarterly newsletters and on-going dialogue between the individual alliance member companies, we ensure that all involved are kept current and up to date.
How do we maintain store service at a high National Standard?
One of the cornerstones of the SANDCASTLE organization has been our ability to attract and bring together the top HVAC Professionals across Canada. Each member was selected and offered to join after first completing a thorough profile and ability outline. Our members are individually voted in by current alliance members to ensure that each new member compliments the current team.
In some cases, these individual alliance members are also members of SANDCASTLE’s Board of Directors. By “raising the bar” internally with our members and ensuring that commitments are made to provide the very best in service excellence we can in turn make the commitment to our customers that their levels and standards will be maintained.
Site inspection reporting
At SANDCASTLE Energy Systems we reserve the right to inspect and report on all locations under contract with our alliance members. By conducting periodical and random store inspections we can ensure the standards and performance set out in our agreements are met.
Our commitment to our alliance members and staff is to provide them with all the tools and opportunities to grow their personal lives and businesses and to be proud of the organization they support. By being the best we can be, we can ensure our customer's total satisfaction.
